Description

Type: Bug

When opening a project with "Disable AI Features" option disabled (AI features are enabled), the VSCode constantly maxes out one entire CPU core/thread even though nothing is happening at all. No files open, nothing displayed, all extensions disabled.

Enabling "Disable AI Features" immediately drops the CPU usage to appropriate levels, but unchecking it to re-enable AI features immediately brings the excessive CPU usage back.
