Description

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

- VS Code Version: 1.135
- OS Version: Linux Kernel 7.2.4-arch1-2, EndeavourOS Titan Nova (arch-based), Cinnamon 6.6.9 (X11)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install EndeavourOS, install Cinnamon Desktop Environment, install VS Code
2. Launch VS Code and witness the notification about missing keyring (image below)

P.S., this is a minor issue, since, yes, Cinnamon is a GNOME fork, though, it's still not recognised as its own thing. You could ignore this issue, but it would be nice, if you fixed it! Thank you in advance.
