Migrate workspace prompts to skills

## Summary

Migrate the remaining legacy prompt files in the workspace using the Customizations migration tool.

## Instructions

1. Open the Command Palette and run **Chat: Open Customizations**.
2. Select the **Migrations** tab.
3. Find your prompt in the migration list and follow the UI to migrate it to a **SKILL**.
4. If the prompt is no longer useful, delete it instead.
5. Check off the corresponding item below when the migration or deletion is complete.
