1.135.0 works fine.

- VS Code Version: 1.136.0 (also the latest 1.138.0 is affected)
- OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04.05 LTS, Wayland

**Steps to Reproduce:**

* Open Help => About
* Another way how to reproduce it: Modify some file, don't save it and close it to get the dialog "Do you want to save changes"

**Expected result:**
You can hear a system sound

**Actual result:**
You can't hear a system sound
