Markdown edit button doesn't respect the "workbench.reduceMotion" setting

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

I have this setting:

"workbench.reduceMotion": "on",

In the markdown editor there is a button to switch between editing and read-only. In case that I'm an idiot it is animated so that I don't miss it. This is extremely distracting, I'm trying to read and understand the markdown slop that my AI agents have generated, instead my attention is constantly redirected to this button. It should respect the `reduceMotion` settings.
