Window sizing is inconsistent when using context menu

Type: Bug

If I open a new VS Code window, it opens in the window size I last used. But if I then use the right-click menu on the dock icon and select one of the folders in the "recent" list, the VS Code window opens up basically full screen instead of the previous window size. If I right-click the dock icon and choose the "new window" option, it opens in the right size. It's only when I select one of the recent items.
