Copilot Cloud or Local labels on chat sessions

It would be useful to add a persistent Local or Cloud badge or label to each item in the VS Code Agents/Chat sessions list. The distinction should be visible without opening the session, because local and cloud sessions can have the same name. The badge should also be accessible via tooltip or accessible name.
