agentFilesLocations, skillFilesLocations disappears

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

I see in the latest version of VS Code that {{agentFilesLocations}} is no more accessible throught the UI and it will be discarded in a future version.

First, i do not want to use .github/skills or .github/agents/. Thanks but I want to keep things generic. You already supports AGENTS.md, just leave the option to have skills working on several agents, do NOT FORCE PEOPLE.

Please please please be more intelligent that Claude Code.

Restaure {{agentFilesLocations}} and {{skillFilesLocations}} settings, this allows for instance to tests skills easily, or disable user skills during development.

For instance I wanted to hide "~/.copilot" skills in VS code because they are not update always.
