Description

I am using my Claude Max subscription via `CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN`, so I pick `Claude` as the"harness" (is that the right name?), and then pick plan mode etc.

When Claude has a question before it presents a plan, it shows me a multiple choice prompt, same as when I use Claude via the Claude extension in VS Code. But the Claude extension _always_ gives me a free form text option if none of the choices are good. The VS Code chat interface never does.

The feature request is to also show this free form option so that we can get to feature parity regardless of whether I use claude via the anthropic extension or via the VS Code built in chat experience.
