- When no automations exist, the empty state highlights **Create Automation** in the center, while **Import Automation** is separated in the top-right corner.
- Importing is an equally useful first action for users who already have an automation definition, but its current placement makes it easy to miss.
- Show **Import Automation** as a second button next to **Create Automation** in the centered empty-state actions.
