Unavailable automations warning does not explain the problem or how to fix it

- The Automations view shows a warning that some automations are unavailable, but it does not explain which automations are affected, why they are unavailable, or how to fix them.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Automations view when one or more configured automations are unavailable.
2. Observe the warning banner.

- **Expected:** The view identifies the affected automations, explains why each one is unavailable, and provides a relevant action to resolve the problem.
- **Actual:** The view only says `Some automations are unavailable.` There are no details and no action to diagnose, repair, or reconfigure them.
