testing https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/335077
repro:
1. start a chat with an agent in a workspace less chat
2. ask the agent to "create a new chat in the current session"
expected: a new chat is created as a child to the current chat
actual: the agent shows a session chat pill referencing itself
