Testing #335496
- Open a project in the Agents window that already has some uncommitted changes
- I see the changes reflected in both the editor and Agents window
- ❓ I don't see a `Create PR` button at the top of the Agents window if I'm not working in a specific session, even though I thought I'd be able to since I do have changes
- If I kick off a session and ask an agent to make changes in that new session, then `Create PR` appears
