More prevalent workspace trust indicator

In an untrusted workspace chat doesn't really work but we don't make this clear

The model picker does it nicely

But the permissions picker where I went first has clicks that does nothing

I would argue that this should be majorly in my face that we are not trusted and therefore chat will not run
