Extend VS Code Pet compatibility to work with third-party AI agents (Cline, Kilo Code, etc.)

## Current Behavior
The VS Code pet (experimental feature) currently only reacts to interactions with GitHub Copilot agents. It provides delightful animations and reactions when users work with Copilot in chat [[1]][[6]].

## Requested Feature
Please extend the VS Code pet functionality to also react to other AI coding assistants and agents, such as:
- **Cline** (free/open-source AI agent)
- **Kilo Code** (free AI coding assistant)
- Other third-party AI agents/extensions

## Motivation
The VS Code pet is a wonderful interactive companion that makes coding more engaging [[3]]. However, many developers use alternative AI assistants alongside or instead of GitHub Copilot, especially free options like Cline and Kilo Code.

Extending pet compatibility would:
1. Enhance the user experience for developers using diverse AI tools
2. Make the pet feature more inclusive and universally enjoyable
3. Provide consistent delightful interactions regardless of which AI agent is being used

## Technical Suggestion
Consider creating a public API or extension point that allows third-party AI agent extensions to trigger pet reactions, similar to how GitHub Copilot agents currently do.

This would make the VS Code pet a universal companion for all AI-assisted coding workflows in VS Code.
