Every time a new update is released, I keep seeing this feature. I even tried asking ChatGPT about it, but I couldn't get a clear explanation. What exactly is it, and what does it do?

I've noticed that some people are using it, but I'm not sure how it works. I spent some time looking through the configuration settings but couldn't find anything related to it.

Can someone explain what it is and how to enable it?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update the VS and go to release notes and this icon is showing there in screenshots.
2.
