entering "Trusted" mode for a folder disables the "File->Save" option until a new file is opened

Type: Bug

* Open new empty folder (untrusted), or revoke trust.
* Create a file, edit the file, save the file
* Note File menu Save option is usable
* Update trust to trust this folder
* Bug: File menu Save option is greyed out
* Modify file
* Bug: File -> Save, or shortcut Alt+F, S doesn't work, still greyed out and does nothing! Save all does work.
* Closing the file and reopening it, Save option is no longer greyed out and works again.

I didn't see an existing bug for this behavior but it's not very searchable so I may have missed something.
