Agent customizations window needs UX upgrade

The above image is having box in box in box looks too much heavy to eyes.

Also two scrollbar seems very bad design choice.
Can we get better ux also if you notice there is tiny gap at the corner in between each list item that doesn't look nice
Overview tab never gets highlighted even if we are on that tab
