Unable to work

Unable to retrieve past 2 days session..all my coing was done .I just renamed my folder and when I clicked VSC..everything was gone from the history also.Now whenever I am going to open any folder getting below error message..DBTU-02500: An unexpected condition occurred that prevented the request from being fulfilled. Cause: An unexpected error with the following message occurred: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\Oracle64\product\19.0.0\FullClient19c_x64\network\admin\tnsnames.ora. Action: Retry the request, if the issue persists, report it to product support.
