Integrated Browser: Very difficult to use Add Element to Chat in Mobile view

Description
If you use Add Element to Chat in the Integrated Browser while in mobile view, it doesnt highlight the elements. You can click on elements and they get added to the chat, but it is hard to know if you are clicking on the right element.
Similarly, if you click on links, they actually click rather than getting added to the chat.
