Agents window missing all the previous sesions in progress post update

Type: Bug

I was asked to install an update via pop up and post the update I lost all my sessions in the Agents window. I restarted the vs code and opened the same workspaces and chose the agent window which used to show all the sessions under the workspace, now all gone and lost all the work. copilot confirms my sessions are avaialble in the local but I cant bring them back into the agents window to start where I left before the update. How can I restore the previous sessions and not sure if its an issue with the launch of grouping the sesions feature released.
