Modern UI: terminal cwd label overlaps panel tabs after changing directory

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

- VS Code Version: Code - OSS 1.136.1
- OS Version: Windows and Mac OS

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable Modern UI and open a terminal.
2. Change to a directory that makes the terminal title longer.

The terminal title overlaps the panel tabs to its left. This does not happen with Modern UI disabled.

Expected: The panel layout should adjust when the terminal title changes to prevent overlap.
