Crashed and lost ALL projects and credits gone

Type: Bug

I have no idea what happened. I asked it to do something and it crashed and started over and ALL of my projects and uploaded images and info are gone. I had lots of projects going but it still used 74% of my credits and now there is nothing? Not sure what to do..
