Customizations migration: Expect some UI indication that hiding hint took effect

When I select `Hide for this workspace`, it does take effect on the next message I send (I don't get the hint), but I expected either 1) existing hints in the chat to disappear, or 2) some other loading or movement (in the status bar? a notification? some other change in chat output?) that indicated me selecting the hide option took effect.
