JCL include can return invalid message

Type: Bug

If you have a JCL file which includes another JCL file, and the first statement is an IF you receive
INCLUDE group LISTDSIV contains the following error: "RCConditionName" is invalidparsing(18)

Here, we can see that he first include is ok but the next 2 include members that have IF as the first statement will have the error.
