The issue of code changes in Copilot

Copilot still reported differences after retaining the code changes I made. After re-entering the session, it reminded me to retain them again.
The stable and repeatable steps are currently unclear. In the conversation list, some conversations can show the changes, but when you click to enter, some do not display the changes, while others do display the changes and prompt me to keep them, even though I have already saved them all before.
