Agents window: Folder attachment spacing in session input looks off

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes (this is built-in UI)

- VS Code Version: 1.137.0-insider (a3c780be1ff7381b665d0592052fb1c7c9e93ab6)
- OS Version: Windows x64

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Agents window and start or open a session.
2. Attach a folder in the session input.
3. Observe the folder attachment chip.

The horizontal spacing between the remove action, folder icon, and folder name looks uneven, which makes the attachment appear misaligned with the rest of the input controls.

Expected: balanced, consistent spacing and alignment around the icon and label.
