Multiple Agents Windows

I'd like to be able to open multiple Agents windows. Right now when I click "Open in Agents" in the top bar it only opens a single window, regardless of which VSCode window I clicked it on. I have multiple projects each with their own VSCode window, each on their own desktop. If there can only be one Agents window, then it can only be on a single desktop, then it can only work for a single project.
