Didn't see a previously existing issue.

I don't have permission to install that.

There is no Report issue option. In lieu of this i have copied from Help->About

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

- VS Code Version:
- OS Version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter Zen Mode
2. Open a New Window (Or Recent Project)
3. Check if Menu Bar exists. On my screen it doesn't exist
4. I tried exiting Zen Mode on the new Window but that didn't help.

I did find a workaround, which is to enter Full Screen Mode using F11 or ALT (to show the View menu option, then select Fullscreen). Once you enter fullscreen mode, you can hit the maximize button to turn it back into a regular window.
