The Agent/Ask/Plan dropdown list is showing Agent only in 1.135

Type: Bug

After updating to 1.135, The Agent/Ask/Plan and custom agents dropdown list in copilot chat window is not showing sometimes. Closing VS Code and opening it again usually solve the issue.
