Toggle block comment edittor focus problem

Type: Bug

In the latest coupple versions of VS Code on Ubuntu 24 linux, it happens again:
-Focussing and working inside the edditor, highliting a block of code then use the combination of :Ctrl+Shift+A to toggle commenting a block of code, it opens the Agents window instead.
- Creating a new keyboard shortcut would not be a long term solution, because it will be lost in next upgrade or re-install.
Hope you manage to fix it as you did before after we reported the same issue.
