Highlight files modified by an agent in Source Control

When an AI agent modifies a file while there are many files listed in **Source Control under Changes**, it can be difficult to identify which file was just changed.

It would be useful to have a subtle, one-cycle blue (VS Code icon color convention?) animation/highlight around the modified file in the Source Control list when an agent changes it. This would provide an immediate visual cue without being distracting.

While the agent/chat view can indicate which file was modified, file names or paths are often truncated there, making it difficult to quickly locate the corresponding file in the Source Control list.

This would make it easier to keep track of agent-driven changes, especially when working with many modified files.
