VS Code Agents Window mcp server integration is a blocker to use

If any of the mcp servers require OAUTH flow to authenticate there is no means to trigger re-auth (launch browser for integration auth and permission granting). Session stays blocked on mcp startings. Same setup works smoothly in claude cli and can use /mcp to re-auth as needed on OAUTH requiring services.
