Update nomenclature of "Chats" and "Sessions" to be simpler and consistent.

**Current**: We use "Sessions" and "Chats" as terminology that has been reported by internal as well as external users as confusing.

**Proposal**: Use "Session" and "Sub-session" or "Nested session" as terminology for actions and labels, and let visual hierarchy do the rest of the work for clarity.
