Open Chat History and Sessions Together in a Separate Window

I know we can open chat sessions in a separate window and even have multiple tabbed sessions separate from the main window. It would be nice if the chat session history pane could come over to the new window as well, instead of being stuck in the main window. This is especially beneficial for multiple monitor setups.
