# VS Code Extensions, GitHub Authentication and IntelliSense Not Working

## Description

I am experiencing multiple issues with Visual Studio Code that appear to be related to extensions and internal VS Code features.

Currently, I am unable to properly run or use extensions, including extensions that are native or built into Visual Studio Code.

Because of this issue, several important features have stopped working.

## Problems

### 1. Extensions are not working

I cannot run or properly use any extensions in Visual Studio Code, including built-in/native extensions.

Extensions appear to be installed, but their functionality does not work as expected.

### 2. Unable to sign in with GitHub

I am unable to sign in to my GitHub account through Visual Studio Code.

Because of this, I cannot access or use GitHub Copilot.

The authentication process does not complete successfully.

### 3. Auto-complete / IntelliSense stopped working

The auto-complete functionality has also stopped working.

Suggestions, IntelliSense, and other code completion features are no longer functioning as expected.

This affects my ability to write and develop code efficiently.

### 4. Applications only run through the terminal

At the moment, I can only run my applications manually through the integrated terminal.

For example, I am still able to run a Python application using commands in the terminal, but I cannot use the normal VS Code features, extensions, or other tools that should assist with running and developing the application.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Visual Studio Code.
2. Try to use an extension or a built-in VS Code feature.
3. The extension does not work properly.
4. Try to sign in with a GitHub account.
5. The authentication process does not complete, preventing access to GitHub Copilot.
6. Open a project and start writing code.
7. Auto-complete and IntelliSense suggestions do not appear.
8. Try to run or use development features provided by VS Code or its extensions.
9. The application can only be executed manually through the integrated terminal.

## Expected Behavior

I expect Visual Studio Code to work normally, including:

- Extensions should activate and function correctly.
- Built-in/native extensions and features should work.
- GitHub authentication should complete successfully.
- GitHub Copilot should be accessible after signing in.
- IntelliSense and auto-complete should provide code suggestions.
- Development and execution features should work normally without requiring everything to be done manually through the terminal.

## Actual Behavior

- Extensions are not functioning properly.
- Built-in/native VS Code extensions are also affected.
- GitHub sign-in does not work.
- GitHub Copilot cannot be accessed.
- Auto-complete and IntelliSense are not working.
- I can only run applications manually through the integrated terminal.

## Additional Information

This issue is affecting multiple parts of Visual Studio Code at the same time, including extensions, GitHub authentication, GitHub Copilot, and IntelliSense.

The only functionality that currently works reliably is manually running applications through the integrated terminal.

For example, Python applications can still be executed using terminal commands.
