Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Unified Command Palette (`Right Click` on `Navigation Controls`, then enable )
2. Click Quick Input, click Commands, and search for a command.
3. The first character is not blue, which means it is **NOT** a part of search query.

4. And when I tried to search for only one character, nothing happened.
