Claude plugins not loading skills correctly

Plugins from Claude are loading however the skills from the plugins don't work, they don't show in the skills section and the / command returned odd references like /mattpocock-skills@claude-plugins-official:grill-me, and if you try to use it you just go a response the skill could not be found.
