huge gap appeared between window right edge and the scrollbar

Type: Bug

Typically I know that long press at right edge of the window will grab the scrollbar handle, I think after recent updates it stopped working because now there's a hug gap that require me to explicitly to look for it horizontally and aim exactly with the mouse.
I don't know whether it's because you change the scrollbar placement, or added huge right padding, or I'm just imagining, but doesn't feel right.
