Set default panel for secondary sidebar

Description
I have multiple panels in my secondary side panel. I want to set one of these as the default when I open the side panel for the first time. Right now it always shifts focus to copilot, claude, or whatever agent extension you use. I would prefer to set one and give that the focus by default.
