Code Changes are done by copilot wihout any confirmation

- Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): Chat
- Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): auto

Copilot start to change my files without any conformation from my side. In the previous versions, I had to check the changes manually and was able to select each change individually with "Keep" or something like "Destroy".

Now Copilot just edit my files which is often not seen by my self and which i definitely not want! So it seems to be a hard bug or a default behavior change which makes copilot unusable in my productive environment. Where can it be configured back to the old behavior?
