Starting a new Copilot thread with pasted text always leads to "#attachment:Pasted text #1" as the chat title

Starting a new Copilot thread with correspondence (e.g., from Slack) no longer leads to different chat titles — that makes them indistinguishable and hard to manage afterwards. That wasn't the case before the latest update.
