numerous code blocks / actions made are not displayed in copilot chat

Hello !
It seems to be due to github-copilot hooks implemented, i got a lot of empty spaces printed in the github-copilot chat.
To reproduce it, only ask copilot to implement features in an app and put some hooks to execute before actions, and verification.
