Type: Feature Request

VS Code currently has supported pasting the absolute path of a specific file into the search bar at the top (I’m not sure if that’s the official name, but it’s the area shown in the image below), allow to open the file directly. **However, it does not yet support pasting folder paths, doing so results in a "no matching results" error.**
**This feature is highly useful because tools like Codex often output folder path, for example which contains the result. I copy that path and paste it into the search bar, I hope I can jump straight to the folder in the left explorer panel, view the result files under this folder.**
