terminal dictation icon out of sync

I found lot of the times it can be pretty easy to have the icon be out of sync (in terms of location. Sometimes, I see the mic icon over some parts of text.

Additionally, when I have moved onto next prompt, I expected the in-progress dictation to stop/clear and stop dictation automatically, or start a fresh one.
