Chat tab should have access to and be able to update Comments from PR code review directly.

Right now if you open a pr get code review comments back, you sese these directly on the Comments tab and in your code.

But if you then tell the chat on the right, which has been working on the PR to review those comments it goes stupid and starts doing all kinds of crazy stuff to read github and the pr and fails repeatedly to do basics like resolving the conversation (i.e. comments)

The vs code tooling and the harness instructions for the chat window should have access to the Comments tab, navigating to the issues with context and code, and resolving those or adding conversations and that should update the PR if one was created.
