Agents window incorrectly parses SSH config

Type: Bug

I have an SSH config file (.ssh/config) containing hosts whose names have spaces, e.g.:

```

This works fine when connecting with the "Remote - SSH" extensions: I see "Dev Instance (EU)" as a single line in the "Connect to Host" picker.

But with "Open in Agents" -> "Workspace" -> "Remote" -> "SSH" I see this value over multple lines, split on spaces rather than obeying the quoting.

No source file or test is named in the report. Reproduce the issue through Open in Agents → Workspace → Remote → SSH, then compare its host parsing with the Remote - SSH Connect to Host picker using a quoted host name; done when the quoted name remains a single entry in the Agents picker and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
