Bug/polish:
For multi-chat, the input box is different (wider)
Only show shimmer on non active tabs
Remove the 'lock' icon
Remove the in-progress subagent pill
Don't center the artifact/subagent pills
Tabs aren't using the same styling
UX:
Validate that 'New Chat' button is in the right place and conveys the right meaning to users
Are tabs too heavy weight?
