Automation sessions should be promotable to normal sessions

Description
We should support promoting an automation session to a normal session (that shows up in the sessions list).
The promotion should be possible:
- manually through UI
- semi-manually by sending a message / user input is needed (maybe in this case we promote and unpromote when user gives us their input)
- automatically - agent have a tool to promote the session to a normal one
