Ctrl+Click not working for Graph diffs

Type: Bug

To reproduce:
1. Make a commit that adds a new private function and calls it.
2. In "Graph", open the commit, and Ctrl+Click on the function call.
3. Instead of opening the line, it opens a new tab with "The editor could not be opened because the file was not found.".
